General information and cancellation conditions of the farm Peterlunger

The prices are meant for 2 people in "Type A" and "Type E" per night, in "Type B / C" and "Type D" for 4 people per night.
The price includes WLAN and bed linen (please bring bath towels), parking and all additional costs (light, heating, hot water, etc.). After each stay, a professional disinfection is carried out at the expense of the guests of € 35,00 for apartment types "A" and "E" and € 50,00 for apartment types "B/C" and "D".

For every additional person in a holiday apartment, € 10.00 per night will be charged - Children: up to 5 years stay for free;
Local tax of € 1,75 per night for all people over 14 years. (The local tax is used for the development and maintenance of local infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events).

Baby cot and high chairs: 5 €/day

Dogs and cats: 5 € / day (pets are only allowed in the apartments with their own garden - type D and E) and must be registered in advance.

Arrival & Departure:
Check in: from 13.00 pm
Check out: until 10.00 am
Late Check out: (until 6:00 pm) Booking a late checkout is only possible at the reception and costs 30 €.

CANCELLATION:
We kindly ask you to make a written cancellation.
There is no right of rescission within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005 pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I), but we grant the following cancellation conditions: In the event of cancellation up to 91 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
For cancellations within 91 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total booking price will be charged, and from 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking price will be charged. Please understand that in case of delayed arrival or early departure, as well as unoccupied beds, we still have to charge the full apartment rate.

Payment
The following methods of payment are allowed: cash, non-transferable check, bank transfer (the payment must be concluded before the departure date). Unfortunately we don't accept payments with credit card, EC-card or debit card.

Wireless internet is free of charge - please ask for the password.

Non-smoking Apartments
The Peterlungerhof is a non-smoking house. Please smoke only on the balcony or on the terrace - thank you.
